- IMPORTANT: In order to have a smooth delivery of your package, we strongly suggest that you reach out to the courrier company / postal service in your destination country if :
- You chose not to add your real phone number at checkout or
- Your delivery address is a parcel pickup point
Express courrier companies use phone numbers to make transit, custom clearance and delivery smooth and they cannot release an unsigned package without prior agreement with the customer. If you opted for anonymity with your order, please make sure to get in touch with them to arrange a proper delivery.
If the delivery fails because you were not present at the delivery address, or for any other reason outside of our area of responsibility, you will have to cover the return cost + 2nd shipping cost. If you don't want the package anymore and ask for a refund, we will retain the shipping cost + return cost.
